What started as a small roastery in the heart of Wrocław has evolved into a trusted source for premium specialty coffee beans sourced directly from farms across six continents. Our founder, inspired by the rich coffee cultures of Ethiopia, Colombia, and Indonesia, set out to create a space where coffee lovers could discover exceptional quality and exceptional value.
Today, we maintain direct relationships with over 40 coffee-producing farms, ensuring fair practices and sustainable harvesting. Founder & Head Roaster
Jakub discovered his passion for specialty coffee while traveling through the highlands of Colombia and Ethiopia. With over twelve years of roasting experience, he leads our sourcing expeditions and ensures every batch meets our uncompromising standards. When not cupping beans, he volunteers teaching sustainable farming practices to coffee cooperatives across Africa.
Magdalena Kowalska
Quality & Sourcing Director
Magdalena brings fifteen years of experience in specialty coffee quality assurance and direct trade partnerships. She personally visits our partner farms twice yearly to assess crop health and ensure fair compensation. Her keen palate and attention to detail are highly regarded within the specialty coffee community.
